These sessions are with a Physiotherapist or Exercise Physiologist with a ration of 1:2 or 1:4 so you’ll receive all the motivation and support you need to reach your health and fitness goals. Our space is fitted out with a range of weights, pilates, balance and rehabilitation equipment.

Clinical Exercise classes are an individually tailored exercise session. You will start with an Individual Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology appointment to see what your goals are, go through some key assessments and to plan how meet your health goals.
When you are confident with your program in these sessions, simply book your class time and off we go!
During the class as you develop strength, your exercises are levelled up so you are constantly challenged in a safe and supported environment.
